I began studying the craft in November of 1994 during a particularly trying period of my life at the suggestion of a very dear friend of mine, Orion's Dancer. I began reading everything I could on the subject, and after a year and a day, initiated myself, dedicating myself to the Great Goddess. Having been raised in a strict Catholic home, I was surprised at how comfortable I felt as I began my studies. Thinking back, I realized that it was always the Virgin Mary I had turned to in prayer and for comfort. And then I realized that for me, Mary was The Lady, the Great Mother of all things. And so I continue with my studies, my rituals, attempting to incorporate her into my daily life as much as possible. May Love, Light, and Laughter guide your path
